Zero2Brand ("we", "us", "our") is a brand strategy and design studio. You can reach us at hello@zero2brand.co.
2. What we collect
- Contact form data: name, email, company, project type, budget, message.
- Newsletter: email address only.
- Technical data: IP address and user agent (for abuse prevention).
- Analytics: if you accept cookies, anonymous page-view and event data via Plausible.
3. Why we collect it (legal basis)
We process contact form data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to your inquiry) and newsletter emails on the basis of your consent. Analytics data is processed only with your explicit consent.
4. How long we keep it
Lead data is retained for up to 24 months after our last contact. Newsletter emails are retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics events are retained per Plausible's privacy-friendly defaults (no personal identifiers).
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. Your data is stored with our hosting and database providers (Lovable Cloud) and, for analytics only, with Plausible (EU-based, no third-party cookies).
6. Your rights (EU/UK)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we'll action your request within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
7. International transfers
Where your data leaves the EU/UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure equivalent protection.
8. Changes
We may update this policy occasionally. The "last updated" date above will reflect any changes.
